I purchased the truck on October 5, 1998.   The Odmeter read 88 thousand miles (could be 188).   Regardless, the body was very straight (the paint had pitted and was oxidizing in some areas because it sat for so long outside) and the interior was in excellent condition for being 22 years old.   The following month I removed all body emblems, moldings etc to start the stripping process to give the truck a fresh paint job. The original color was   Dark Yellow Green Metallic.
