1967 used a different window felt due to the vent window

Quarter Panels

1967 used no side marker lights; the only year without louvered grill for air flow

Side Marker Lamps

Rear End Panels

1967 and 1968 used the same tail panel, however there was an early design 1967 which was somewhat different

Tail Light Lenses

1967 standard tail light lenses were white/red (for backup/stop). These lenses were similar to 1968 but were a smooth surface.
1967 Rally Sports received a solid red lens (for stop). The backup lamps were located below the bumper.
1968 standard tail light lenses were white/red (for backup/stop). These lenses were similar to 1967 but were "bumpy."

1969 standard tail lights used an integrated white backup lens in the red unit.

Trunk Lids

1967 through 1969 trunk lids are interchangable, however 1967 originally had no provision for spoiler mounting

Rear Upper Body Panel

1967 through 1969 used the same for coupe, how- ever convertible was different

Windshield

All three years used the same windshield for coupe and the convertible was a different windshield but the same for all three years

Windshield Moldings

1967-1969 coupes used the same windshield moldings
1967 -1969 convertibles used a different design molding set

Cowl Vent Grill

1967 through 1969 used the same cowl vent grill panel

Bumpers

1967 and 1968 used the same front bumper and the same rear bumper, however 1968 used bushings at the corners
1969 used a different design front and rear bumper

Bumper Bolts

1967 through 1969 used the same bolts, however 1968 and 1969 used 2 longer bolts for the corner mounting

Bumper Guards

1967 and 1968 used the same front bumper guards
1967 and 1968 used the same rear bumper guards
1969 used different front and rear bumper guards

Header Panels

1967 and 1968 header panels were the same
1969 used a different header panel

Valance Panels

1967 and 1968 used the same standard valance panel
1967 Rally Sports used a panel different from 1968 Rally Sports
1969 standard cars and Rally Sports used the same valance panel

Parking Lamps

1967 Rally Sports had parking lamps mounted in the lower valance panel.
1968 Rally Sports had parking lamps mounted in the lower valance panel.
While the parking lamp lens are the same, the housings differ in the manner in which they mount.
1967 standard parking lamps were round and mounted in the grill.
1968 standard parking lamps were rectangular and mounted in the grill.
1969 standard and Rally Sport cars used the same parking lamp. This was a round lamp which mounted in the lower valance panel. Rally Sport cars had chrome trim rings.

Back-Up Lamps

1967 and 1968 Rally Sport cars used the same lens and housings.
1969 Rally Sport used a different design lens and housing.

Hoods

1967 through 1969 standard flat hoods are the same
1968 and 1969 used the same SS hood (louvers could be different)
1969 was the only year the cowl induction hood was offered
Note: All 1967 through 1969 hoods are interchangable, however may not be correct for model year

Hood Lock Catch Support

1967 and 1968 are the same
1969 is different

Hood Lock Latch Release Levers

1967 and 1968 Rally Sport utilized the same release lever
1967 used its own standard release lever
1968 used its own standard release lever
1969 used the same lever, RS or standard

Front Tag Brackets

1967 and 1968 used the same front tag bracket
1969 used a different tag bracket

Rear Tag Brackets

1967 and 1968 rear license tags mounted onto the rear body panel
1969 mounted on the license plate bracket/gas door

Front Spoiler

1967 and 1968 used the same front spoiler. This had 1 top mounting hole and was 52" in length.
1969 spoiler was different. This had 2 top mounting holes and was 51 1/4" in length.

The mounting brackets came three per car. The two side brackets were 9 1/4" long and were the same on 1967-1969. The longer middle bracket measured 14 1/2" in 1967-1968 and 15 3/4" in 1969.

Rear Spoiler

1967 and 1968 used the same rear spoiler (58 1/2" long, 4 3/4" wide)
1969 spoiler was different (61" long, 4 3/4" wide)
Many early 1969 cars used the 1967-1968 style spoiler.

Rear Glass

All three years used the same coupe rear glass and molding

Side Glass

All three years used the same side glass, convertible quarter window glass was different

Roof Drip Moldings

1967-1969 coupes used the same roof drip moldings

Rocker Panels

Rocker panels were the same for 1967 to 1969 coupes, convertibles had a heavier-duty rocker panel

Rocker Panel Moldings

All three years used the same basic "spear" molding; 1967 Rally Sports used a wide-chrome 6-piece molding set;
1968 Rally Sports used a thin-style 6-piece molding, 1969 Rally Sport had no other rocker molding

Wheel Opening Moldings

1967 and 1968 utilized the same front wheel opening moldings; however the rear openings were different 1969 has its own set of moldings

Quarter Window Chrome Molding

1967 through 1969 used the same quarter window chrome channel

Quarter Window Seals

All three years used the same quarter window seals

1967 used a round bowtie-emblem mirror
1968 and 1969 used a rectangular mirror
